Voice From Ukraine is a charitable foundation established to support humanitarian initiatives, rebuild war-affected communities, and strengthen international cooperation for the long-term recovery of Ukraine.
The foundation brings together extensive experience in humanitarian operations, international coordination, and recovery project implementation, developed through collaboration with international organizations, donors, and Ukrainian communities during the full-scale war.

Oleksandr Bolbirer is a humanitarian leader and initiator of international and local projects supporting Ukraine during the full-scale war.
He brings extensive practical experience in international consulting across the United States, Europe, and Ukraine. Since the beginning of the war, he has coordinated humanitarian assistance, developed international partnerships, and managed recovery initiatives.

Since the second day of the full-scale invasion.
The first GEM distribution center in Kyiv was established with the involvement of our team.
The Direct-to-People model was implemented to ensure humanitarian assistance reached beneficiaries directly, minimizing intermediary risks and maximizing accountability. More than two million humanitarian aid kits were delivered across Ukraine. The partnership also contributed to large-scale recovery efforts, including window replacement programs and school rehabilitation projects in Bucha.
